Olive oil has long been credited as an essential part of a diet program. Olive oil is rich in antioxidants and vitamin E. Consuming olive oil on a regular basis will help in controlling a desire to eat more and digesting food better.


However, it should be noted that consuming more than 5 tablespoons of olive oil might harmful to your body's health. In addition, olive oil should not be warmed because it could produce toxins.


Here are three ways to consume olive oil properly:


1. Olive oil


Olive oil can be consumed without other additional ingredients. 1 tablespoon of olive oil before having breakfast, lunch, or before bedtime might losing your body’s weight, and also at certain times, it could lower cholesterol levels.


2. Olive Oil and Lemon


Mixing olive oil with lemon is a perfect match in your diet program. You could try drinking a warm water with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and half a lemon juice every morning and see the result.


3. Olive Oil and Sugar Water


Craving for snacking must always haunt you anytime and will likely fail your diet program. Thus to prevent you from such desire, you could drink a glass water of 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
