2. Exercise


Exercising every day even for only 30 minutes may help you improve your mental health and memory. Walking, jogging and cycling can be part of your daily lives in order to keep your mind fresh, reduce stress levels and boost your mental health.


3. Dark Chocolate


Dark chocolate is high in flavonoids, caffeine, and theobromine that help enhance awareness and mental health. But it does not necessarily mean that you may constantly consume dark chocolate. A piece of dark chocolate every day can help boost your memory and mental health.



4. A good night’s rest


While you need food to sustain life, a good night’s rest is also important for your mental health. Having trouble getting to sleep can affect your thinking ability, memory, and mental health. Adults need at least seven hours of sleep a day.
