“The prospect is good with Indonesia’s 250 million citizens. It’s evident with the fact that musical performances from international singers always gets sold out. The list of international bands and singers that held a concert in Indonesia starts from the Bangtan Boys (BTS), Bryan Adams, and BigBang personnel G-Dragon. Ed Sheeran is said to hold a concert in November.
Based on its infrastructure, Indonesia is already equipped with concert halls that can manage to accommodate from hundreds to thousands that are spread across the nation. That factors in as a positive element in improving Indonesia’s musical festivity business growth.
PwC predicted that the general public’s consumption for the musical performance segment will improve 8.2 percent throughout 2016 - 2021.
