TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Police Criminal Investigation Corps director Sr. Comr. Adi Deriyan said that the dossier of Firza Husein, who was named as a suspect in a pornography case, is almost complete.

“The dossier completion has progressed to 80 percent,” Adi said in Jakarta today, August 22.

According to Adi, the Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office has asked the Jakarta Police to complete the dossier. However, he declined to reveal materials to be completed.

Earlier, Firza Husein was named as a suspect for allegedly being involved in a smartphone chat containing pornographic materials with Islamic Defender Front (FPI) leader Rizieq Syihab. The conversation went viral after baladacintarizieq.com published it. Rizieq has also been named as a suspect in the same case.

Firza will be charged with Article 4 paragraph 1, in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 6 in conjunction with Article 32 and/or Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law No. 44/2008 on pornography. Firza Husein is facing at least five years in prison.
