A Recipe for Mango Popsicles

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - After school, children usually head to the fridge to eat a nice, cool snack. Children are faced with fatigue and heat during the day, which is the reason why children look for a cool and fresh snack at home.
To eliminate the thirst and fatigue of children, the mother can make mango popsicles. They are delicious as well as healthy. This popsicle is made of mango and lemon. This recipe by Chef Vikas Seth, from the Boldsky page, is quite easy to follow.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole mango, cut into small pieces
- 220 ml of mango juice
- 15 ml of lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Method :
- Combine the mango juice, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well
- Add the mango chunks to the mango juice mixture. Mix until smooth.
- Insert into the popsicle mold.
- Freeze in the freezer for about 4 - 5 hours.
- Serve
