Jakarta Acting Governor says He`s Happy with PHL Performance

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Acting Governor Sumarsono said that he was happy with the performance of freelancers (PHL) in the capital. They quickly respond and follow up public report via qlue, direct report, and SMS.


"If it's seen from qlue, 87 percent of public report are followed up. As Acting Governor, I am very proud of you," said Sumarsono, after he became an Inspector of the Bhakti Pekerjaan Umum's 71st anniversary, in Jatibaru, Saturday (12/3).


All this time, he continued, they have made Jakarta free from flooding, even though it is not yet all areas. It can be seen from flooding that has inundated some areas around Jakarta, such as Bekasi, Tangerang and Bandung. "But in this current rain season, Jakarta is free from flood. This is the result of PHL performance," he stated.


He asks them to keep working hard in serving the public. Nevertheless, the role of the residents is also needed, thus not all must be done by the officer.


"Let us together maintaining cleanliness. This is called a communal work," he uttered.


In this time ceremony was attended by hundreds of PHL under Bina Marga Dept or yellow team, Water Management Dept or blue team, as well as Housing and Government Building Dept. Afterwards, they held communal work on the yard of Technical Dept office, Jari Baru.
