100 Electronic Parking Machines Ready to be Installed

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - As many as 100 electronic parking machines (TPE) will be installed at 10 points in the capital.


Sunardi Sinaga, Jakarta Head of Parking BLUD, several points to be installed are Jalan Balai Pustaka East Jakarta and Jalan Toko Tiga in West Jakarta.


“Our target is to purchase the machine in the middle of the year,” he said, Wednesday (2/10).


The machine installation will be centered at shopping mall, offices, and education areas. The tariff is progressive.


“Please park your vehicle in the building or off street parking if the tariff is too expensive,” he added.


Previously, the machine installation was done on Jalan Agus Salim, Central Jakarta, Jalan Boulevard Kelapa Gading, East Jakarta and Jalan Fatahilah, West Jakarta.
