TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Jakarta Provincial Government is confident that the 2015 City Budget absorption could be allocated optimally due to the availability of the Procurement of Goods and Services Agency (BLP) in each area of Jakarta.

City Secretary Saefullah stated that he is quite confident about the budget allocation, despite the recent Gubernatorial Regulation over it.

"We are confident because seven BLPs have been spread in five areas. They are ready," he said as quoted by Antara News.

He also claimed that he was very much helped by the existence of e-catalog.

"There are many good stuffs in the e-catalog. We do not need to auctioned them anymore so the transaction becomes much quicker," he stated.

As previously reported, the City Council had disagreed with the Local Bylaw of the 2015 City Budget made by the Jakarta Administration.

The City Council will not be involved in drafting the budget's programs since the city administration holds the total control over the budget.
