TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) continues to investigate allegation of phantom budget in 2015 City Budget (APBD) that worth of Rp12 trillion. Moreover, the Governor cooperates with Development Finance Comptroller (BPKP) to assist the investigation,

"We submit to the authorities. Let the Development Finance Comptroller investigate how many state losses. Furthermore, Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) also read the corruption indicator because the tender was arranged and have similar amount of Rp6 million with budget cap around 5.8 to 5.9 billion," said Ahok as quoted by Antara News.

Ahok mentioned that the stealth budget also found in 2012 and 2013 by Development Finance Comptroller, but the council admitted not know about it and did not involve in budgeting proccess although they also insert the budget.

Because of that, Ahok insisted to wait the e-budgeting process to complete. So, if there is people who insist to insert the budget in City Budget, will be known because e-budgeting use password to protect the data.

Ahok added, Lasro marbun considered to save the budget of Rp4.3 million when serving as Jakarta Educational Department. But, he admitted there are still many bad official at sub-department. Moreover, there are 55 project packages that still included in 2015.
