TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Enny Sri Hartati, an economist from the Institute for Development of Economics and Finance, said President Joko Widodo has little flexibility in spending the state budget to execute his programs. According to Enny, for the rest this year Jokowi's ministers can start consolidating consolidation the programs of their respective ministries.
