TEMPO.CO, Udine - Udinese forward and Captain Antonio Di Natale supported teammate Roberto Pereyra’s move to Juventus. Di Natale predicted Pereyra would be shining in the club that led Series A in the past three seasons.
"That said, I wish the best to Pereyra for his new adventure. Trust me, he will impose himself as Asamoah has," said Di Natale to Football Italia.
"Roberto is a great player. There are few midfielders around with his features. On the wing, as a midfielder or an attacking midfielder, he is flexible - he can play in multiple positions."
Juventus have signed the Argentine winger Roberto Pereyra from Udinese in a 1.2-million poundsterling loan deal, the Italian Series A champions said Friday.
Di Natale said Pereyra would make contribution to Juve similar to what Alexis Sanchez has done to Barcelona.
"They are different players, but I am convinced Pereyra would explode at Juve just as Sanchez has at Barcelona."
"Juventus Football Club can today announce that Roberto Maximiliano Pereyra has completed a move to the club after terms were agreed with Udinese on a one-season loan deal for a fee of 1.5 million Euro," the club stated as quoted by The Guardian.
