TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Near the 2014 season, the young Formula 3 racer from Indonesia, Sean Gelael, joined a team from England, Carlin. With the new team, he will race in FIA F3 European Championship, British F3 International Series, Master F3 Zandfoort, and Macau Grand Prix F3. Sean will compete in a total of 16 races.
"This is my second year in F3. If I was a rookie last year, this year is the time for me to show what I'm made of," said Sean in a press conference in Jakarta on Sunday, January 26, 2014. "I will strive my best to be in a top 10 [at European Championship]."
Sean said that he was in maximum preparation. With his Volkswgen-powered car, F312, Sean had undergone two circuit tests in Spain, which were in Jerez and Valencia.
