TEMPO.CO, France - After a surprising winning over Chinese and world number one Wang Xiaoli and Yu Yang, the only Indonesian women double in French Open, Greysia Polii/Nitya Krishinda Maheswari had to let it go to another Chinese opponent, Bao Yixin/Tang Jinhua 0-2 at the semifinal.
Leading at the first set with 21-19, Nitya/Greysia seemed to give out the second set for Bao/Tang winning 10-21. The Indonesian pair managed to catch up in the third set with 19-18. However, Bao/Tang won the last game with the score of 19-21.
Indonesia is now hanging its hope to its last men double pair survived in the French Open, Gideon Markus Fernaldi/Markis Kido who will fight against Chinese Liu Xiaolong/Qiu Zihan.
