TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Education and Culture Minister, M. Nuh, suddenly visited the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) office, Wednesday evening. The purpose of the former rector of Institute of Technology 10 November's visit remained unclear.

Being questioned at the front gate of KPK's, Nuh said there was no any special agenda in his visit. "I’m only dropping by for a friendly visit," he said. He then hurried to enter KPK’s waiting room, and responded to the flood of reporters’ questions with nothing but a smile.

Previously, Nuh became the talk of the public due to the delay of this year’s high school national examinations in 11 provinces. PT Ghalia Indonesia Printing, the company entrusted to print and distribute examination sheets, failed to finish its job on time.

Ministry of Education and Culture began conducting an investigation towards the incident. After the investigation, Inspector General at the Ministry, Haryono, revealed that there were 3 factors due to the lateness. According to Haryono, the problem had been caused by the Education and Culture Minister, printing company, and national exam supervisors.
