Avenged Sevenfold Announce Jakarta Concert; Here Are Date and Tickets

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The United States-based metal band, Avenged Sevenfold (A7X), announced their upcoming headlining concert in Indonesia’s Jakarta. The band led by Shadows, Zacky Vengeance, Synyster Gates, Christ, and Brooks Wackerman will perform on May 25, 2024.

The promoters, Akselerasi Entertainment and Midas Entertainment, revealed that Indonesia is the only Asia stop on the world tour of the band which came together back in 1999.

The music concert has been confirmed to take place at the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) Stadium in Senayan, Central Jakarta. The ‘Dear God’ act’s upcoming show will feature a special guest star, The Used.

This year’s tour will be the band's first concert since 2018, following the release of their new album ‘Life Is but a Dream’. The world tour will kick off in North America in early 2024.

Tickets for Avenged Sevenfold Jakarta Concert

Citing from the event's official page, a7xjakarta.com, there are five categories of tickets offered by the promoters at different prices, as follows:

- CAT 1 (festival standing): Rp2,600,000

- CAT 2 (festival standing): Rp1,900,000

- CAT 3 (festival standing): Rp1,350,000

- CAT 4 (numbered seating): Rp2,250,000

- CAT 5 (numbered seating): Rp1,600,000

The price does not include a government tax of 15 percent and an administration fee of 5 percent.

Tickets will be available for sale starting Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 2 p.m. Jakarta time only via a7xjakarta.com.

A valid form of identification, such as a national ID card, family ID card, driver's license (SIM), or passport, is required for purchase. Sales are limited to a maximum of four tickets per transaction using only one email address and phone number.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to attend the Avenged Sevenfold concert. Concertgoers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
