TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Metaverse has been trending on social media after Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook founder, has revealed his vision to create a virtual world.

To present this, Metaverse combined at the very least five technologies, they are social media, online game, Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR) and cryptocurrency. Those technologies will integrate users to an interactive world.
AR and VR are vital for Metaverse. VR serves to present the virtual world visually then AR will provide the audio and sensors for people to be able to interact.
Metaverse was inspired by movie and sci-fi novels such as "Ready Player One" and "Snow Crash". Warner Bros described Metaverse as the new world where humans abolish climate changes.
Concerning Facebook, Mark shall build a hologram that makes it possible for people to interact like in reality.
With Metaverse, it is not only a texting service but also a multiperspective virtual touch that feels like a real thing.
