Indonesia Sees 689 New Covid-19 Cases, Highest Daily Rise So Far

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesia reported the highest daily rise in Covid-19 cases on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, as the national Covid-19 mitigation task force recorded a total of 689 new confirmed cases.
Jakarta saw the biggest one-day rise in the positive case at 183, followed by East Java Province at 103 cases.
With the highest spike, as many as 15,438 Indonesians infected with the new coronavirus as of May 13. Of the number, 3,287 patients have recovered, and 1,028 patients died.
