TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesian government Covid-19 Task Force spokesman, Achmad Yurianto, reported that 137 more patients recovered as of today, April 29. Meanwhile, there were 11 new deaths recorded.
"Cases of recoveries increased by 137 people to 1.391 per today," Yurianto said in a press conference broadcasted live on YouTube, Rabu, 29 April.
The number of recovered patients continues to rise. On April 27, there were 44 new Covid-19 recoveries. On April 28 the number rose to 103. Today, 137 more people recovered.
Meanwhile, eleven deaths were recorded today. This is higher than yesterday when eight new deaths were recorded.
As per Wednesday, April 29, Indonesia has 9,771 confirmed cases with 1,391 recoveries and 784 deaths. Jakarta still has the highest number of cases with 4,002 or more than 40 percent on the nation's total.
