COVID-19; 174 Jakartans Under ODP, 152 Others Under PDP

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - As many as 174 Jakarta residents are considered as "persons under monitoring" (ODP) and 152 others as "patients under surveillance" (PDP) for the coronavirus or COVID-19 as of early Sunday, according to the Jakarta Administration website.

The data updated as of 6 p.m. on Sunday showed that 486 out of 660 persons with ODP status have passed the monitoring period and 174 others are still under monitoring.

The data also indicated that 137 out of 289 patients with PDP status were declared healthy and discharged from the hospital and 152 others are still receiving medical treatment.

According to the data, 215 out of the patients both with ODP and PDP statuses live in South Jakarta, 137 in East Jakarta, 134 in Central Jakarta, 125 in North Jakarta and 115 in West Jakarta.

All of them have undergone intensive medical treatment at eight referral hospitals appointed by the government, including RSPI Sulianti Saroso, RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, RSUP Persahabatan, RS Polri Said Sukanto, RSAL Mintoharjo, RSUP Fatmawati, RSUD Cengkareng and RSUD Pasar Minggu.

The Jakarta administration also provides emergency phone call services for residents who need further information about COVID-19 or quick medical action to contact number 112/119 or the Jakarta health office command post 081388376955 through mobile phone or Whatsapp (WA).

As of Sunday, Indonesia recorded 96 confirmed positive cases of coronavirus or COVID-19. Five of the patients with a positive coronavirus infection died, eight recovered, and 83 others are still receiving medical treatment.
