TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The flood on Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan, North Jakarta have receded on Monday morning.
"The receding may be near dawn because of last night there still floodwater as high as an adult's shank," a resident named Tri said at the location Monday, February 24, 2020.

Slamet said that yesterday the water level reached 30-40 cm. Floods began to soak the road since Sunday morning at 04:00 West Indonesian Time (WIB). "From 04:00 morning, the inundation is approximately 50-70 cm.
