IIOutFest Outdoor Festival Targets Rp25bn Transaction

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Founder and CEO of Indonesia International Outdoor Festival or IIOutfest, Tj Anggara, targetted Rp25 billion transaction during the exhibition that is held on August 1-4, at Wisma Aldiron, Pancoran, South Jakarta.

"We targetted Rp15 billion transaction last year, and this year can reach Rp25 billion," he said Saturday, August 3.

Organizers recorded 20,000 visitors on the first and second day and it is expected to reach 40,000 today and tomorrow, or 60,000 visitors in four days.

IIOutfest presented 150 tenants that exhibit the best local and international outdoor equipment. The organizers also invited 100 communities for education agenda of outdoor activities.

Most tenants offer discounts from 20 percent to 50 percent. Visitors can also join seminar for Rp 00,000 to Rp200,000 and free talk shows. To enter the exhibition arena, the visitors must pay an entrance fee of Rp27,000.

The Indonesia International Outdoor Festival applies cashless payment for any purchase during the exhibition including the entrance ticket.
