TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Presidential and vice presidential candidate number 01 Joko “Jokowi” Widodo and Ma'ruf Amin, along with several members of the campaign team will monitor quick counts at Djakarta Theater in Central Jakarta today, April 17, said the team spokesman Ace Hasan Syadzily.

“Jokowi will be there at 2:30 p.m. to monitor the quick count,” Ace told reporters on Wednesday, April 17.

Ace said a number of executive board members of the campaign team will also present to monitor the quick count result of Indonesia elections 2019. However, he cannot assure yet whether leaders of the coalition party endorsing the incumbent candidate will attend.

The former Solo Mayor extended his right to vote at the 008 Polling Station (TPS) on Jalan Veteran Raya - LAN, Central Jakarta, while his running mate cast a ballot at the 051 TPS in Koja, North Jakarta. Nine party chairmen of the coalition voted in their respective area across the capital city.

The party leaders reportedly monitor the result of quick counts at their party office. At present, Ma'ruf Amin is waiting for the preliminary count of the election votes at his Situbondo Residence in Jakarta, while the incumbent’s agenda after visiting the voting station has yet been informed.
