1. Apple and cheese
Consider grabbing this sweet and salty food between your meal. Slices of apple and one ounce of mozzarella cheese that have 10 grams of carbohydrate, proteins, and fiber will support your diet.
2. Avocado and thin biscuit
The combination of soft avocado and crunchy biscuit can be an option for your diet snack. A quarter of an avocado and two pieces of low-fat cracker have 17.3 grams of carb and fiber to add your nutrient need for the day.
3. Yogurt and cucumber
When you are bored of having a plain cucumber, you may add low-fat creamy yogurt to the rescue. The great combo, which is a famous Greek snack called tzatziki, will fill your stomach with 10 grams of carbs.
4. Cottage cheese and berries
Cheesecake perhaps is not the best option for your diet snack. But, you can have a similar taste of that in a healthier way. Mix cottage cheese with a half cup of fresh berries as your small meal or even dessert. This great combo only adds 17 grams of carbs for your body.
