You may also often type the wrong words while texting, which can be a sign that you may suffer from an ailment known as Tech Neck.

Tech neck itself develops along the shoulders and neck as they start feeling sour or stressed after an extended time of operating a smartphone. Gripping to your thin device too long can fatigue and stress the muscles of other body parts such as the shoulder muscle, fingers, neck, and hands.

To know if you are starting to feel this ailment is by the amounts of mistakes when you type something on your smartphone with fingers that start to lose control, lack of focus while reading a text, or developing head pain. The only way to avoid this is to know your limit and stop your smartphone activities once fatigue kicks in and start stretching those stressed muscles.
