TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) Area V Jayapura, Papua Province recorded a 5.4 magnitude earthquake had occurred in Nduga District at 5:09 a.m. Wednesday.
The quake is located 4.68-degrees South Latitude and 137.99-degrees East Longitude or 41 km southwest of Nduga District, Papua, at a depth of 10 km.
Until now, there have not been any statement from the authorities pertaining to material loss or casualties in the region.
