TEMPO.CO, London - One of British-based travel company offers a 53-days train travel that considered to be the most expensive train travel in the world. The eight weeks travel costs Rp 370 million (around US$32,361).
The Ffestiniog Travel company will start the trip in May 18, 2015. For the first trip, the company will limit the number of passengers to 25 passengers.
CNN Travel reported that the trip will bring tourists across three continents at once. Despite being a long trip, tourists will not be confined inside the train for the whole trip.
Passengers will have the chance to ride on the most expensive train in the world, such as the Tsar's Gold Private Train from Mongolia, Venice Simplon Orient-Express from Venice, and British Orient Express Pullman from England.
The trip begins with a flight from London to New York, and a 20-days travel through North America in a train. The train will then make several stops in Washington, Chicago and Denver.
Tourists will enjoy the view of the Royal Gorge route and Durango lane & Silverton in Colorado, before making a transit in Grand Canyon, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Later on, passengers will be flown to Shanghai. Similar to the United States, passengers will be brought to visit interesting places along the train route.
After visiting America and Asia, tourists will be brought to explore Europe. Starting from Mongolia, tourists will be brought to visit Russia and other famous citites of Europe, such as Warsaw, Prague, Vienna, Innsbruck and Venice. This amazing trip will end in Venice, where passengers will return to London.
