TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PK Entertainment is set to present the best-selling male artist of 2017, Ed Sheeran, on his World Tour 2019 in Jakarta on May 3, 2019.
“We confirm that Ed Sheeran will be present in Indonesia. The concert will be held at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (GBK),” said Peter Harjani, the CEO of PK Entertainment who acted as Ed Sheeran's promoter, on Wednesday.
Peter said the ticket prices would range from Rp550,000 to Rp2.6 million with six categories: Category 1 (Rp2.6 million), Category 2 (Rp2.1 million), Category 3 (Rp1.6 million), Category 4 (Rp1.250 million), Category 5 (Rp850,000), and Category 6 (Rp550,000).

Peter explained Ed Sheeran was one of the international artists that care about his fans and had really taken into consideration the prices of the tickets that would be sold in his concerts. All categories will be completely seated.
“It is all based on reasons that include security, convenience, and the event’s flow. Ed Sheeran really wants to make sure about the audiences’ convenience. We also want to establish a new standard for concerts where everyone can sit down,” said Peter, who has been in close contact with Ed Sheeran’s management for the past six months to realize the dreams of Ed Sheeran's Indonesian fans.
