TEMPO.CO, JakartaThe Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) forecast that the weather in Jakarta will be partly cloudy from Tuesday morning until noon, March 19, 2024. Light rain is only likely to fall in several areas in the city in the evening.

According to BMKG's regular weather forecast data issued on Monday at 07:00 p.m. local time, all of Jakarta is cloudy until dawn at 01:00 WIB. In the morning, only Seribu Islands have the potential for a drizzle.

Jakarta's sky is still partly cloudy in the afternoon, including in Seribu Islands. Light rain is likely to fall in the evening for South Jakarta and West Jakarta, while the rest are cloudy.

Today's air temperature is recorded at around 24 to 31 degrees Celsius with an air humidity level of 75 to 95 percent. The wind is blowing from the southwest at 5 to 25 kilometers per hour.

Meanwhile, for Greater Jakarta, BMKG forecasts the whole area to be partly cloudy in the morning, which will persist all day for Tangerang, including Tangerang City, Tangerang Regency, and South Tangerang.

For Bogor, Depok, and Bekasi, the partly cloudy weather will shift to cloudy in the afternoon for Bogor and Depok while Bekasi will get a drizzle. In the evening, BMKG forecasts the entire area to be cloudy.

BMKG still releases an early warning of the potential for rain with lightning, as well as the potential for increased strong wind speeds, in the Bogor Regency area. Early warnings apply on a local scale and relatively short duration between day and night.
