TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Financial Services Authority (OJK) Board of Commissioners' deputy chief Mirza Adityaswara ensures that customer data in the Financial Information Services System (SLIK) is guaranteed to be safe. He made the statement after the services crashed a few days ago.
"The SLIK is backed up regularly according to procedures, whether daily, weekly, monthly," Mirza said in a virtual press conference on Monday, October 9.
Mirza said that after the disruption report, the OJK and the Consumer Protection Portal Application (APPK) could be accessed again on Wednesday, October 4. As for the SLIK and services to the financial services industry, such as Sipeduli, Apolo, and Pereport.id, access went back up on Thursday, October 5.
"Banks can also access the service that provides debtor information needed for credit grant analysis since the SLIK application was back in operation on Thursday, 21:00," said Mirza.
Mirza said that since the OJK service system experienced a disruption, the regulator moved quickly to restore it. "As of today, Monday, October 9, 2023, there are already 702 financial services industries that have submitted SLIK reports again," he said.
