TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) Jakarta will examine five students from SMA 87 Jakarta (public senior high school) on Tuesday, October 16. Bawaslu Jakarta's Chairman of Legal Affairs and Handling Division, Puadi said, it would come to meet the students.

“Tomorrow (today) at 02:00 p.m. We will come to SMA 87 to ask information from the students,” Puadi said at the Bawaslu building in North Jakarta, Monday, October 15.

Bawaslu has examined three people, Nelty, a teacher who allegedly indoctrinated the students to oppose President Jokowi; the high school principal; and the parents of the students.

Puadi explained that Nelty brought the 12th-grade students to the mosque in school as part to learn the Islamic subjects.

From the information gathered, a complainant stated that Nelty showed the students a video of the earthquake and tsunami in Palu. The complainant said the teacher blamed Jokowi for the disaster that killed many victims.
