TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Some women consider at the age of 30 as the best time. At this age, they already have a life companion, children, and having an established career. But there is one thing that cannot be avoided, at the age of 30, the skin condition has changed.

The following are three things women can do at the age of 30 to keep their skin healthy and radiant, quoted from the Onlymyhealth page:

1. Maintain a healthy lifedata-style

Beauty will come out when you are physically and mentally healthy and well maintained. True beauty is having a healthy body. When you are healthy, your face will look radiant and the aura will emit from the inside.

Therefore, always take care of your health by sleeping well, eating nutritious foods, exercising regularly, not smoking or drinking alcohol, and avoiding stressors.

2. Perform body and face treatment routinely

At the age of 30, some signs of premature aging such as wrinkles, fine lines will appear. As you get older, your skin tends to be dry and lose its elasticity due to reduced moisture.

Use skin moisturizers regularly, after washing your face or bathing. Use moisturizing creams and lotions that match your skin or you can also use natural moisturizers like honey.

3. Drink water regularly

Lack of drinking water can cause dry and unhealthy skin. Otherwise, drinking lots of water can keep your skin moist and can prevent signs of premature aging.
