TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - E-sport player Donna Visca reminded gamers that reside to daily gaming activities accordingly to maintain a good healthy well-being, especially gamers that play on to the middle of the night.

“Love yourselves since considering you’re still young. Young players will not feel the negative effects of a gaming spree lasting late into the night. We must adopt a mindset that takes into consideration the long term effects when we get older later. We must know our own limits,” said Donna in Jakarta on Wednesday, September 12.

Donna added that gamers must obviously not forget to eat and drink regularly and engage in light exercises such as simple stretches during a break in between gaming sessions.

She also revealed that she is currently unable to play for a prolonged period of time and decided to limit her gaming sessions to six hours a day to open more time for her to rest.

In terms of food to consume, Donna revealed that there are no specific foods intakes that are needed to boost a gamer’s health, however, she reminded fellow gamer to avoid consuming instant noodles too often.
