TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The House of Representatives Speaker Setya Novanto is still undergoing treatment in Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital (RSCM) Kencana. The suspect of e-ID graft case receives treatment due to a car accident.

Setya’s lawyer, Fredrich Yunadi, claimed that his client has not yet recovered. "He is still very weak," he said in RSCM Kencana,Central Jakarta, on Saturday (18/11).

Fredrich explained that Setya’s head is wrapped in bandage. He keeps falling asleep even when he visited him earlier this afternoon. He said that Setya woke up to use the bathroom in a short while.

"I asked him, 'How are you, Sir?' He replied 'I’m still lethargic'," Fredrich said.

Fredrich also said that Setya constantly falls asleep and even the doctor does not dare to wake him up. "He (Setya) keeps on sleeping. Even the doctor only checked on him and he did not dare to wake him up," Fredrich added.

Setya Novanto is currently accompanied by his family and assistant. Fredrich said that Setya’s wife Deisti Astriani Tagor was not with her husband today. Fredrich went on by saying that Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigators were not in his room.
