TEMPO.CO, Massachusetts - Researchers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Google are creating a new artificial intelligence program in the field of photography. Wired technology news page preach, the program is like a professional photographer and photo editor.

"Take a photo, our program will undoubtedly make it look better, for example, by increasing contrast, brightness, or anything else, in less than 20 milliseconds," said Michael Gharbi, a researcher who is also a doctoral student at MIT.

Gharbi and the team have instilled a special algorithm that can process photos quickly. He named the algorithm the Gharbi algorithm.

"You can see an edited photo in the camera viewfinder before taking a picture," Gharbi said. This algorithm, according to him, will facilitate a professional image without opening a photo editing application.

Gharbi said the Gharbi algorithm could determine certain features and apply appropriate improvements. The key to making it run in real time is not to process all the pixels in the image.

However, the auto-editing feature is still in the research stage. Gharbi says the algorithm can make HDR photo processing so fast that you no longer need to wait half a second to see your high definition picture.
