TEMPO.CO, Yogyakarta - The management of Borobudur and Prambanan Temples is ready to welcome the 44th United States President Barack Hussein Obama. The Military Command Area has prepared a VVIP security at Adisutjipto Airport.

The secretary company of Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko park management Ahmad Mukhlis hoped Obama’s visit to the temples would strengthen the support for the preservation of the world’s history. Obama and his family will be traveling in Yogyakarta on June 28-30 after previously spent holidays in Bali.

"In 2014, Obama and his family were actually about to visit Borobudur, however only his sibling came. We’re now ready for his arrival," Mukhlis said Tuesday, June 27.
