HR Management is Priority in Developing Maritime Sector: Ministry

TEMPO.CO , Jakarta - In order to develop maritime and fisheries sector to achieve Indonesia’s vision as World Maritime Fulcrum, Minister of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs Susi Pudjiastuti stressed the importance of better human resources management.
"From human resources aspect, we also need to improve human resources management and continue evaluating performance of the workers,” Susi said in Jakarta on Friday (20/1).
Susi also said the Ministry would continue evaluating the tasks and functions of the staff and improve efficiency of workers within the Ministry.
Therefore, he added, human resources management and evaluation continue to become a priority.
