TEMPO.CO , Jakarta - Bank Artha Graha Internasional (IDX: INPC) plans a rights issue to increase core capital. The corporate act is aimed at supporting the bank's effort to upgrade its status and become a BUKU III bank.
President director Andy Kasih said that as per August 2016, the company's underlying capital amounted to Rp1.4 trillion with a core capital of Rp3.8 trillion.
The rights offering is expected to bring proceeds that can raise the company's equity by Rp300 billion, Andy said.
The bank will issue a maximum of five billion new shares with a price of Rp110.88 per unit. If the target is met, Artha Graha can get Rp554.4 billion.
