TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The House of Representative’s Commission VI member Bambang Haryo said facilities at Soekarno-Hatta Airport's Terminal 3 Ultimate need improvement to increase the comfort and safety of the passengers.
Since it was first official on August 2016, Bambang said, there are several drawbacks that must be fixed.
“An imminent improvement is necessary,” he said.
Bambang added that the Airport management should also pay attention to the toilet, signs and directions, and other supporting facilities. He suggested the management to improve the Terminal 3 as soon as possible for the comfort of the visitors.
He thought the Changi Airport in Singapore and Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali could be seen as the model for the terminal’s improvement.
