TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Chairman of the Presidium of the Indonesian Police Watch (IPW) Neta S. Pane said that the rotation conducted by National Police Chief Gen. Tito Karnavian is considered an old data-style. He considered that this rotation is influenced by closeness to certain particular sides.
Neta also hoped the Deputy Chief for Human Resources Affairs would immediately carry out total reforms.
"The spirit of likes or dislikes and spirit of closeness to certain parties still characterize the rotating process," Neta said on Saturday (23/7).
Neta added that the best officers, who do not have close relations with the police elite, are left without hope because they work without a clear position until three or four years. This, Neta said that IPW hope for total reforms within the personnel of the police.
