East Jakarta to Provide Ecotourism in Condet

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - East Jakarta Administration is confident that Condet area, Balekambang, Kramat Jati could be used as an ecotourism site. In order to realize the plan, East Jakarta Administration will involve many institutions for it.


East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardana, said that he will deployed a team to beautify Ciliwung riverbank, while the river could be used as water ecotourism.


“Condet ecotourism will improve local people`s economy,” he said, Wednesday (5/25).


According to the Mayor, local people will be able to open small business starting from culinary, souvenir, and so on.


Not only as ecotourism, Condet could be used as education tourism for students.
