12th Economic Package to be Announced Today

TEMPO.CO Jakarta th economic policy package at the State Palace, Jakarta, on Thursday afternoon, April 28, 2016.
Coordinating Economic Minister Darmin Nasution attended a meeting with President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo yesterday to discuss the content of the new economic policy package. However, Darmin refused to reveal the content of the new policy package.
Earlier, the Indonesian government introduced a number of economic policy packages aiming at facilitating businesses and investments in Indonesia, as well as boosting economic developments in Indonesian regions.
The previous economic package includes policies on export-oriented micro loans, real estate investment funds, dwelling time cut, and the development of pharmacy and health equipment industry.
