BNI Targets Rp800bn Sales in REI Expo

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta-General Manager of Consumer Product Management Division of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) said that BNI, the main sponsor of Real Estate Indonesia (REI) Expo, has set a target of Rp800 billion sales in the expo, which will be held until 10 April.



“We see that property market is looking at a revival. We are also optimistic that the expo could start a good year,” Iqbal said after opening the REI Expo at Hall A of Jakarta Convention Center, Senayan, Jakarta, Saturday, April 2, 2016.



To achieve the target, BNI offers a fixed interest rate for mortgage loan (KPR) within the first five year starting from zero percent. “We also have a program of free KPR provision and administrative fee,” said BNI’s Director for Consumers and Retail Anggoro Eko Cahyo.



In addition, BRI will also give reward for visitors transactioning in the REI Expo; a cashback of Rp1 million for 70 buyers on a daily basis. “We also have instant approval program. By only bringing an identity card,” Iqbal said.



REI Expo will be held from April 2-10. The real estate expo is participated by 98 developers of housing, apartments, villas, home offices, resorts, condotels and trade centers spread across 120 locations. The least expensive house being offered is Rp140 million. While the average property price for sale is between Rp400-500 million.



Developers who participate in the expo are Ciputra, PP Properti, Wijaya Karya Realty, Duta Anggada Group, Adhi Persada Properti, Damai Putra Development, Gapura Prima Group, Bina Karya Group, Pusaka Mas Persada, and Agung Podomoro Land.
