In the program, called ‘Ballet Goes To Ciliwung’, children will be taught how to dance ballet by Australian dancer Juliet Burnett.

“Juliet is a professional ballet dancer from Australia, she is actually half Indonesian. WS Rendra is her uncle,” said Tabita Balat, a representative of YBBI at Ciliwung Merdeka Studio on Saturday, August 29.

Tabita explained that Juliette was the one who suggested the program. She wants to teach ballet for less unfortunate people in Indonesia. By chance, children in Ciliwung has already planing for an art-learning program.
