Honda Motor India Recalls Cars over Air Bag Problem

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Honda Cars India Limited recalls 11,381 Honda vehicles over potential air bag issue. The companny announced the recall a day after its holding company in Japan recalled five million vehicles for the same reason.
Honda Cars India Limited stated that it will replace the driver air bag pump on 10,805 Accord produced between 2003 and 2007 and passenger air bag pump on 575 CR-Vs and one 2004 Civic.
The company claimed that there is no accident reported so far in relation to the issue in India, as reported by Reuters.
