IP Com Penetrates RI Wi-Fi Market

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - China's commercial network manufacturer IP Com has partnered with Astrindo in entering the Indonesian market for product solutions of wireless Internet usage.
IP Com product manager Bambang Priyanto said his side was optimistic in penetrating the Indonesian market, allowing for its demand and huge opportunities.
“More than 40% of companies will use Wi-Fi as its office network, especially in 2015, where there will be 600 luxury hotels, 5,300 economy hotels and 8,000 budget hotels in need of Wi-Fi,” Bambang said in Jakarta on Wednesday.
The products offered include Access Point, Access Controller, Router and PoE & Manageable Switch. To date, IP Com has served more than 20,000 star hotels throughout the globe.
“In addition to providing products, we also provide integrated solutions and services. All of our products support the general functions of DHCP, QVLAN, SNMP and other,” said Bambang.
