TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal is furious with the rumors saying he has a poor relationship with assistant Ryan Giggs.
The rumors emerged after Van Gaal and Giggs displayed their respective reactions during MU’s 1-0 win over Newcastle United on Thursday.
Both rose to their feet from the bench, but Van Gaal swiftly turned to Giggs, shouting and waving a clenched fist in his face.
“I'm very irritated by this question,” Van Gaal said.
"We have a very good relationship, everyone can see that we work very hard together, and that goes for all the staff and players,” said the Dutch coach.
