TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Anti drug police team of Medan in North Sumatra seized two tons of dry marijuana in a truck from Aceh at the Medan-Binjai highway early on Sunday, Antara News reported.
Police also arrested two persons, the truck driver identified with the initial 'J' and his assistant identified as 'M'.
Anti drug chief of staff of the Medan police Comr. Dony Alexander, refused to give information saying all details would be given on Monday.
Earlier on Sunday, six drug convicts were executed including four foreigners and two Indonesians on the notorious island of Nusakambangan.
