TEMPO.CO, Sinchon - North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un described Americans as "cannibals" during a tour in the Museum of American War Atrocities, a museum dedicated to an alleged massacre by US troops during the Korean War.

The museum, located in the town of Sinchon, was built to respect 35,000 civilians that Pyongyang claims were killed by the US military in late 1950. "The massacres committed by the US imperialist aggressors in Sinchon evidently showed that they are cannibals and brutal murderers seeking pleasure in slaughter," said Kim Jong-un, as quoted by KCNA.

The museum consists of several sections, including a part that hosts aerial strike evidence. It also displays wartime pictures, paintings, and artifacts, along with memorabilia of General Sherman Incident, Christian Missions, World War II, and Korean War.
