TEMPO.CO , Jakarta – Premier League runner up Liverpool surprisingly lost 3-1 against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park last night. The defeat was Liverpool's fourth consecutive loss after the ones against Chelsea, Newcastle, and Real Madrid.
Liverpool fans have begun popping a notion to kick Rodgers out in light of the losses, filling Twittersphere with #RodgersOut. Some die-hard supporters proposed the name of Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp to replace Rodgers, allowing for Klopp’s outstanding performance with the German club.
Liverpool had kicked off the game with a good start with a goal in the second minute from Rickie Lambert before losing the game. The defeat made Liverpool, the last season’s runner up, to sit at 12th in the table, collecting only 14 points from 12 matches.
