From the six sub-districts, dangerous areas are spread throughout 12 villages: Penjaringan, Kapuk Muara, Rorotan, Marunda, Pademangan Barat, Ancol, Cilincing, Kalibaru, Sunter Jaya, Pegangsaan Dua, Tugu Selatan and Sukapura.
